This spinoff of The Tale of Peter Rabbit delves into Farmer McGregor’s backstory. After Peter’s father was caught and baked into a pie, the forest animals avoided the garden until Peter chose to invade McGregor’s garden, stealing food and allowing other animals to take his carefully tended crops. 

As the years passed, the constant strain of gardening and his deep-seated resentment began to change him. Always hunched over his crops, his body slowly took on a twisted, rabbit-like form, mirroring his hatred. His mind deteriorated along with his land, and his once-thriving farm began to slowly rot away.

Now more beast than man, McGregor stalks the remains of his garden, searching for any creatures that enter its gates.
